I still haven't gotten my painting. I cant even track my order yet. I ordered my painting on 5th May and I haven't even gotten an update on it yet. Every time I click on the e packet tracking number all that it says is this number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. I have tried contacting the customer service but I haven't gotten a reply for that yet. I don't know what to do anymore...….

The seller put 2 extra jars with background flowers, which is very nice. The kit also had 3 synthetic brushes of not the best quality, but I have my own, so it does not affect much. My second order with this company. This project was a little more difficult than my first so there was a bit of trouble with the numbers and the paint colour. There seemed to be a slight overlap in where the number should go which made it a bit confusing. However the vendor was excellent in responding to me and we corresponded several times abo it which colour went where. They even emailed me a document with the correct colours and numbers to visually verify. Great service, and I would definitely purchase from here again. Paints were excellent and there was even one with a glaze premixed in to give a shiny look. First picture is the original submitted; second is the project delivered and last is my artistic rendition (I didn’t like the background of my original picture so changed it).
